FlashRAW is made and sold by Elisson Andrade de Carvalho, a Brazilian individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI, CNPJ 21.867.930/0001-17, trading as Elisson Andrade Fotografia) ("we"). By installing or using FlashRAW you agree to these terms.
Who sells FlashRAW
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Trial
You can use the full app free for 14 days on each computer. After that, FlashRAW asks for a license key.
Licenses
- Perpetual license: lets you use the major version you bought (for example, any 1.x version) with no time limit, including its free updates. A later major version (for example 2.0) is sold separately.
- Yearly subscription: lets you use the latest version, major versions included, while the subscription is paid. A new license key is emailed at each renewal. If you cancel, the app keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, plus a few days of grace.
A license is for one person, who may install FlashRAW on the computers they use. It may not be shared, resold or published. The license key is tied to your email address.
What you may not do
Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute FlashRAW, or work around its license check, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
Your photos
FlashRAW works on your computer. It reads your RAW files and writes XMP sidecar files next to them (and copies or exports files only when you ask). Keep backups of your photos; we are not responsible for lost or damaged files.
No warranty
FlashRAW is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Try it during the free trial to make sure it works with your cameras and computer before buying.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FlashRAW is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Open-source components
FlashRAW uses open-source software (Qt, LibRaw, libjpeg-turbo, ONNX Runtime, Monocypher and others) under their own licenses, listed in the app under About FlashRAW.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away rights that consumer laws of your country give you.
